Reservation and Relaxation –
Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories (SC/ST/OBC/EXSM/ etc. ) as per government rules and regulations. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of India from time to time for SC/ST/OBC/EXSM/ etc. shall be followed. Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority.

Exam Centre –
Centers for the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be held in Eastern States (Kolkata/Bhubaneswar /Patna/Raipur/Ranchi/Port Blair/ Gangtok) tentatively. In case number of examination centers are not available in the selected cities, near by town/cities may also be taken for examination.

Physical Test –
Candidates clearing the document verification process will undergo a medical examination, comprising a physical measurement test (PMT) and medical assessment. A medical exam evaluates physical fitness (running 100 meters, carrying a test, lifting and carrying a sandbag to 50 meters, pole climbing -8 meters, rope climbing -8 meters , ladder climbing, and descending), height, weight, chest measurement and eye-sight.
Note – Minimum Qualifying marks for Physical Endurance Test for both Male and Female Candidates shall be 60 out of 100.
