Pay Scale & CTC –
Candidates joining NLCIL as Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) will undergo training for period of One year. During the training period, the GETs will be paid, a basic pay of INR.50,000/-, Applicable Dearness allowance & Common Allowance (35% of basic pay) per month. The scale of pay and CTC will be as below.

Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Guidelines will be required to submit copies of necessary certificate(s) at any subsequent stage of the selection process, as required by the NLC India Ltd.
